MonkeyCrush started with a simple observation: random video chat is great at introductions and terrible at keeping them. You meet someone interesting, the rhythm says “next,” and a good match vanishes back into the queue. We built MonkeyCrush to fix that one moment.

Everything on MonkeyCrush is built around one idea — the video crush. You watch a real video, decide in seconds whether there’s a spark, and either skip or hit Crush. A crush takes the two of you out of the random queue and into a private 1-on-1 video chat, while the moment is still warm.

We think that’s how video discovery should work: fast, visual, honest — and with a way to say “this one” when someone is worth staying for. No crowded rooms, no public performance, no audience. Just two people and a camera.
