Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of MonkeyCrush. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Adults Only

MonkeyCrush is strictly for users aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or pressure other users; record, screenshot, or redistribute another user’s video or likeness without their consent; share illegal, hateful, or non-consensual content; impersonate others; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Violations can result in immediate removal, and illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Paid Features and Virtual Services

Some features on MonkeyCrush may require payment or virtual credits. Prices are shown before you buy, and purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Virtual items and credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Paid features are licensed, not sold.

Disclaimers and Liability

MonkeyCrush is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we’re not responsible for the conduct of other users — though we enforce our rules and review every report. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date above and, for significant changes, provide notice on the site. Continuing to use MonkeyCrush after an update means you accept the new terms.
